Saline will work - but look on the aqueous media bottle (if you have it). It
should tell you what to use.

Could anyone recommend a method to remove a coverslip that has been
mounted with
the water based media Aquamount? The only thing I can think of
would be to soak
it in water overnight and the try to carefully pry it off. This is
a regular
glass coverslip on a plus charged slide.
