Turnaround Time for Surgical Reporting

Dear Histonet,
Is there an industrial standard (CAP Guideline) for turnaround time for
surgical reporting or is TAT based on each institutions individual
policy? We report out 90% or better of all small cases the next working
day and 90% of large cases within three working days. Autopsies
preliminary are reported in three working days with a final report
within six weeks.
