i am looking for information on workload. how many blocks/slides per person.
i have not found anything to specific. articles in lab magazines seem
unrealistic to me, or maybe i expect to much out of my crew! with all the
automation in the lab now it is hard for me to access workload. we do a cost
per test analysis. but that does not help me to know what is the correct
number of people to have on hand for our workload. the directors want more
concrete info than me just saying i need more help. our caselog has increased
significantly in the last 5 years. we have automated significantly though.
my staff is the only thing that has not increased. also i need info on
salaries. i would appreciate any help i can get.
