I am posting this question for a colleague of mine. Does anyone know
of a good reference book for immunofluorescence on skin and renal
biopsies. The book needs to have good photos of IMF staining for
different diseases. She will be using this as a teaching aid. Any
help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Just send replies
throught the Histonet or to me directly and I will see that she gets
the information. Thank you in advance for your help.

   Hi Vicki,
Sorry I can't help with your request. However I'd like to ask if you
have any experience with mouse tissues and immunoflourescence. If you have
any troubleshooting ideas or protocol, It would be helpful to me and
my efforts. Thanks,Carol Tucker-Burden
