Hello Histonetters,
I would like to do fluorescence in situ hybridization on paraffin embedded
sections using RNA probes. I would appreciate it very much if anybody who
has worked on this could share the protocol with me. Thanks in advance.

Hi Agripina,

I would suggest the Hyb-Probe system from Shandon Lipshaw
Cat.#502100 this system utilizesFluorescein-labeled nucleic acid probes.
This system allow identification of specific nucleic acids DNA and RNA.
This system is very time efficient and sensitive. Good luck and I Hope this
info. helps.
