                 To my knowledge, only a Pathologist or Cytologist can sign
out Pathology/Cytology reports. I HAVE come across doctors who are certainly
lazy and ask the transcriptionist/receptionist to do so, at the risk of their
medical license, obviously not really caring about the consequences.........
