It sounds like you are working toward improvements. I am thinking however that if productivity is the only thing you focus on you may lose sight of other issues, and
moral may be one of them. 59 slides an hour is alot for most techs to cut. Do the blocks need to be faced and then cut? How many levels on bx"s, does that include
cutting specials, and immuno's? Some technicians cut very fast, others don't cut as fast. How much stress is this causing you and your techs. I have worked with techs
that are alot faster than I am. Maybe you can watch their technique and point out
time saving techniques. I would wonder what they are cutting. Breast, skins, bx's,
uterus take longer. I hope this helps although probably not. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
