We use a stain which we took from an issue of Histologic magazine last year. 
  It employs Toulidine Blue and Alcian Yellow.  It is not that fast (about 
15 minutes to run), but it is a very nice, clear stain.  The h.Pylori stain 
blue in a yellow background, making it fairly easy to recognize them.  If
