Hi Netters,
I have a grad student that will be looking at tmj discs. She has not
found a protocol for this so we would appreciate some advice on the
procedure. She had heard that frozen sections might be best since they
have so much water in them.
I got the catalog from polysciences with JB-4 media advertised. If it is
miscible with water would that make it a good media to use for the discs?
Any and all experience/advice with discs and JB-4 would be welcomed.
