The standard temperature for the water bath is to be 5-10 degrees below the
melting point of the paraffin being sectioned.

What is the optimal floating bath temperature to use when paraffin
sectioning a block of tumor tissue embedded in standard paraffin?

Thanks for any info you can provide!
