Thanks for al the tips I have got about 40 um sections. I forgot to tell that we are talking about very big sections! Hole brain sections. I use slides as big as 76 x 100 mm. So I can’t use SuperFrost+ I have not seen them so big. Because of the size vibratome sections is out of the question. I stain the sections Giemsa. I like the idea to dip the slides twice. I will try this.
