titebond 2 (Fred Underwood)

A couple weeks ago there was an entry about using a 5% solution of Titebond 2 as an adhesive for dense collagenous tissue.  I would like to get the specifics so I can try this and will it work on specials/immunos?  I believe the person's name was Fred Underwood.?   Any help is appreciated.
