We have had CoPath for 10 years and this letter amazed me. We have been very
satisfied with the system and the support we receive from the company. It has
enabled us to go paperless, has increased charge capture approximately 10% by
automating this process, and, as the A.P. manager, has made my life MUCH easier
by the data I am able to collect and the reports I can produce.

What I did find out, it was news to me, was that DHT, the parent company of
CoPath, did not install this site. When DHT purchased CoMed, the original
company, they made an agreement with Sunquest to allow them to install CoPath
systems. This is because CoPath is, by far, the most complete A.P. system
available and they (Sunquest) saw this as a means to increase their sales by
offering a complete lab system. What this means is support, or lack of
evidently, for the Sunquest installed systems comes from Sunquest, not DHT. I
cannot offer a solution for you, Laurie, for the Sunquest issues, but feel free
to call me and maybe I can help, since we are neighbors. DHT is unable to help
since you contracted with Sunquest.

I hope this clears up some questions as to the capabilities and abilities of
CoPath. In my humble opinion, it far exceeds anything else available for A.P.
