I am looking is a CMS Fisher Healthcare catalog, and the dishes are there.

Cat # 22-271510 for dish and covers, you can buy from this catalog through
your Fisher rep even if your account is considered industrial (where they
shove the Vet people!) 

Wheaton company should also have these (they usually distribute to other
companies) along with Shandon Lipshaw.

I find it very interesting these are being discontinued???? an item many of
us use big time!
