ST(C-20)

I've just
received some tissue, fixed using Bouin, that the researcher wants to
examine for ST(C-20) activity. The data sheet from Santa Cruz Biotech
doesn't mention immunohistochemistry so, is it possible on my material.
Do you think it will need any antigen retrieval or do I treat Bouin like
Zamboni.
Any help would be welcome, many thanks,
