Tom Wells has to give an IHC talk and asks for ideas.
However Tom did not say WHO he was talking to and their education level and field they work in. That is so important. You have to tailor the talk to the audience.
Histotechnologists are interested in the techniques involved like antigen retrieval and incubation. Pathologists are interested in what is demonstrated, residents (Housestaff) are interested in panels etc.
Once I spoke to the local transcriptionists group are they were interested in an overview with a mention of cutting edge stuff and what the future may hold.
I guess its like working backwards!
