Dear Netters,
    I am staining animal tissues cow , cat, goat and want to increase  the
staining of the smooth muscle. I use 2% eosin y (alcoholic) for 2 min 30
sec, 30 sec in 95% ethanol, then dehydrate to xylene. Nuclear stain is Gill
III for 6 minutes.
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also, will there be a histonet gathering at the NSH this year?
