Hi Kim;

We section coral here.
After fixation, I decalcify in 10% formic acid with an armin's test for end
point.
We then process through ascending alcohols, absolute alcohols, xylene and wax.
1hour each station.
They cut very easily.
Our academics like to look at trichrome stains, but they are beautiful with
a great variety
of different stains.
