Hi.  I was wondering if anyone knows of a good reference describing how to
do retrograde tracing in the brain.  Also, if anyone has any experience with
these methods, could you suggest whether a simple injection or isoelectric
pulse injection (or any other method) gives the best results?  And, which
tracers are best to trace connections from striatum to cortex and vice
versa?
