Immunocytochemistry, 2nd edn. Oxford: BIOS
(Paperback, 160 pages; US$40; everything
well explained and with clear technical details.
This is #37 in the Royal Microscopical Society's
series of handbooks.)
Susan Van Noorden also wrote an excellent
50-page immunohistochem chapter, similar to the
above book but slightly more up to date, in
"Microscopy and Histology for Molecular
Biologists: A User's Guide" published 2002 by
Portland Press, London (which is the Biochemical
Society's publishing division), but that is a
more expensive book (about US$150).
