Has anyone heard of  "accession number check letters"
as a system of reducing accessioning errors ?
Our pathologist received a cryptic email on this
"accession number check letters" as a way to reduce
the errors produced during accessioning several containers
on specimens.  We wondered if it was some kind of
software that is part of an anatomic path. info system...
