Hi Histonetters,
We are in the process of developing a technique to retreive bile
from the gallbladder in mice.  Thus far, it has been difficult to
obtain any.

Does anyone currently have a technique or have any suggestions
that might be helpful?  We have used different gauge needles,
capillary tubes to no avail.
