storing frozen tissues for future sectioning

From:Gayle Callis <uvsgc@montana.edu>

The block face must be resealed with a thin layer of OCT, rub some across
block face with thumb, or even tongue depressor (sp?) wrap in foil, and go
back to -80 freezer. It works for us, some blocks are years old, and still
cut perfectly.
