CD10 from Novocastra, 1:20 diluted, 10 min boiling in a household
pressure-cooker, citrate buffer pH 6.0, followed by DAKO Envision. Use
tonsil as control.

BTW Novocastra's new CD13 and CD14 work great on paraffin embedded tissue.
