I am looking for methodologies in use, both mechanical and other, to
disaggregate sclerotic lymph nodes in order to maximise lymphocyte yield. We
are at present using the Dako Medimachine and obtaining great results with
"normal" lymph nodes, however the yield from sclerotic nodes is very poor.
Any help much appreciated.
