Dear Histonetters,

Has anyone done Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on fixed
blood slides.
Basically what I am looking for is a protocol to fix
blood on a slide, such that it can then be used for
doing IHC. 
So, if anyone has done that, and can share their
protocol or reference,I would realy appreciate it.
