OK a question for my own gratification. What causes the so called edge effect
i.e. increased none specific staining around the edge of sections, with IHC.
I have never seen the effect with IF. I know what everyone says, it's from
partial drying around the edge of sections. However I have seen it even in
sections completely flooded.
