RE: CK 5/6

	[Auld, John]
We use Dako CK 5/6 at 1/100 for one hour after 20 minutes microwave
in pH 6.0 Citrate buffer FOLLOWED by 15 secs trypsin digestion. This is the
retreival method we use for most of our cytokeratins. We get strong staining
with Vector elite universal and Vectors DAB. CK 5/6 as well as being useful
for mesothelioma's is good for basal cell staining in prostates, less
problematic (in our hands) than LP 34 or 34BE12.
