Hello everyone!  

I am just taking a shot to see if any of you have had experience with a GFP-290 antibody that is offered by Abcam.  We have been using mice that are transgenic for EGFP and the bloodvessels fluoresce beautifully.  But the cellular label is nothing to write home about. (this is in brain tissue)  It would be wonderful to hear from someone who has experience with a good anti-GFP marker in tissue sections.
