Hi 
I'm wanting to isolate mouse neutrophils from peripheral blood. There are a number of refs in the journals to a kit from a company called Cardinal Associates in Santa Fe, NM but I can't get in touch with them. Does anyone have conact details or know if they've merged/gone bust? If anyone has a protocol for mouse PMN isolation which they could let me have that would be great too.
