[Histonet] RE: IHC with CD25 on FFPE lymph node

Dear Philippe,
The anti-CD25 Cymbus product CBL151 you indicated is in fact clone 
Tu69. This clone is unfortunately not working on FFPE sections. In 
other words, this particular anti-CD25 clone is reacting with an 
epitope on the CD25 molecule that is not surviving the FFPE procedure. 
Unfortunately, I am not aware of any anti-CD25 clones working with FFPE 
sections.
