What pH is your retrieval solution?  I use a pH 8.0 citrate on my cyclin D1
and it's working pretty well.

Hello again,

       We are having problems getting a consistent stain with Cyclin D1.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Procedure:

Steam retrieval in EDTA for 40 minutes
Cool for 30 minutes
Primary for 45 minutes
Link for 20 minutes
Strep for 20 minutes
DAB for 5 minutes
Hema for 5 seconds
Blue
Coverslip

This procedure is ran on the DAKO Autostainer.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.  Thank you.
