textbook on Antigen Retrieval

From:Gayle Callis

Dear Histonetters

For all who do antigen retrieval, this book is 353 pages of enlightnment on
retreival technics - including immunoelectron microscopy. Murine tissue
retrieval is also discussed, although briefly, along with antibodies that
work with retrievals. I was a bit skeptical about buying it, but WOW, what
a purchase to die for!

The price is right - around $75, and ordering/shipping was fast. Go to
BioTechniques website, order directly from publisher. The website provides
chapter titles in this book - a nice minireview.

Even though I don't use retrieval methods at this time - the book is on the
shelf, ready for use IF and when needed.

Schools of histotechnology or anyone teaching immunostaining technics,
should have this book as part of a student textbook requirement.

You will not be disappointed,
