For anyone interested this is the annual mtg and contact for the Mohs
histotechnicians through the ASMH(see above-Am. Soc. for Mohs Histotech.).
The address is for the ASMH as well as the phone numbers and fax.  The mtg
is very soon.  They meet annually with the surgeons-used to be in the
spring-May but this past year it was changed to the fall.  To go to this mtg
as a tech you must work for a physicain who belongs to the parent
org-ACMMSCO-the dr's group. If you are interested ask your employer if they
belong or could they join.  It would be up to your employer or
whatever-hospital, etc.  I think it is money and time well spent and feel it
would only get better by more involvement from the histology community.
This is a young group 6 yrs old and still evolving.  It could be exciting to
get involved.  Like I said in past e-mails I plan to bring up the topic of
esablishing a Mohs technical website perhaps related to this tech group if
they want one.  After the mtg I will post more info on the progress on that.
