Re rapid AE 1/3.
As this would be on frozen sections there is no need for pretreatment,
Vector do a quick ABC detection kit ( I think around 15 mins, but I could be
wrong). The AE 1/3 could be titrated for a 15 - 30 mins incubation giving a
stained slide in less than 1 hour. If  the incubations were carried out at
higher than room temp this could also reduce the times.
