Dear Dave
Re CD31 & 10 antibodies
We use Dako CD31 routinely, BUT, not as Dako suggest after enzyme
pretreatment. We use EDTA buffer pH 8.0 in a pressure cooker for 1 min 30
secs. We can use the antibody at a 1/50 dilution for 1 hour, folowed by
Vector Universal Elite dectection system. We have no problems with this
method. Other detection systems can be used if you do not use Vctor.
We do not use a CD10 however.
Good luck
