I feel like an eavesdropper since I silently 'listen' to your daily 
conversations from my lab here in Scotland. Anyway, many thanks to 
Kerry Beebe for the information on antigen retrieval - and I didn't 
even ask the question in the first place !  I'm trying to get ER and 
PR ICC to work in rat brainstem but it's not easy and mostly all I 
get is just background - antigen retrieval may just make all 
difference.  By the way, would someone please tell me why there is so 
much traffic on Histonet 'buttons' - what are they ?
