Newcomer Supply has a product called Mount-Quick which enables you to repair
slides by removing the section from the broken slide/slide pieces and placing
them on another slide for restaining, etc. I use it frequently to separate
sections from an H&E slide with multiple sections in order to several
immunohistochemistry procedures on them. They work well even when antigen
retrieval is necessary. Complete instructions come with the product.
Newcomer's phone number is 1-800-383-7799, and the address is 2217 B Parview
Rd., Middleton, WI 53562.
