As I typed your name I saw that your problem is resolved. I'll send my
solution anyway. A reference I found not 10 mins ago says to make the
zinc sulphate to 1.0% (w/v I assume). The ref is: Elias, J.M. 1990 ASCP
press, Chicago. Immunohistochemical Methods.
