Beverly,
I use Biogenex prediluted super sensitive IA4 with no antigen retrieval and
a 30 min room temp incubation. Works very nicely on the myofibroblastic
lesions I'm interested in and vessel myopericytes always stain as a
positive control.

Looking for experts on the use of smooth muscle actin antibody, in
particular clone 1A4, on small vessels in lung tissue, especially those who
have done morphometric analysis of smooth muscle cells. Help with
protocols, fixation issues, epitope retrieval, etc.

Thanks
