The bashing is brutal this morning so I might as well add my 2 cents
worth. I have been using Ventana instruments for over 15 years and they
have always been excellent instruments. I now have 2 Benchmark XT
instruments and the slides are consistently beautiful. I have always
found their tech support to be very helpful and my down-time is minimum.
Are all of you using the same Ventana company that I'm using???? By the
way we also have 2 Dako stainers and we do experience inconsistent
staining with these instruments from time to time.

Beware-Ventana reps told me they were buying VisionBiosystems. I don't
know how true it is, but I worry about the future of the 'Bondmax' in
Ventanas hands! This is just FYI.
