We have been having intermittent problems with our GMS staining
consistently (and counterstaining consistently) using the Ventana NexEs
automated special stainer.  We have had several representatives from
Ventana here to investigate the problem.  Most of the parts have been
replaced, we have gone through several lot numbers of kits, and the
problem keeps returning.  I am starting to believe the universe does not
want our lab performing automated GMS stains.  Has anyone else seen this
