Dear Gayle:
I talked to you on the phone about the Zinc fixative for staining 
tissues for T and B cell markers. We would like to know what protocol 
you used when doing Zinc fixation and the CD staining. We are currently 
trying to use other methods than normal formalin fixation or frozen 
sections for IHC and your advice would be greatly apreciated.
