RE: TRAP,ect with JB4 or methylmethacrylate

Gayle is correct!  JB-4 is GMA and is not recommended for IHC of any type.
Some success with very low molecular weight antibodies and systems have
shown results however they are rare and often not repeatable. Histochemistry
is possible and has worked with many enzymes.
