Are you laying yours flat or are they in a rack? As I remember we had much
better results (rat and mouse joints) if we laid them flat after letting
the water drain off them. We used a heat plate set at 37 degrees over
night.

I am having a problem keeping my catilage sections attached to the slides
during staining. The slides being used are silane-prep slides from Sigma
and the slides are put into a 40 C oven overnight. What am I failing to do
to maintain the material on the slides?
