Thank you for the apology.  I made no reservations about who I was and
where I am.   If you're not sure check the email address below. I really
don't care who and how Steven Slap addresses his mail or what his
business is although he has made it abundantly clear in the past what he
sells. I do care about people who waste our time with silly snipes at
their fellow professionals.  If that is shooting the messenger, then
fine.
