Hi
I am new to histochemistry and need some advice. We will be doing a
study where we cause inflammation of mouse knee joint tissue. We will
be looking for macrophages, neutrophils, tnf and interleukins.Does
anyone have any suggestions and /or protocols as to whether we should
freeze or imbed in paraffin the whole joint or just the tissue??? Any
points you gurus out there have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanking you in advance.
