Since I didn't see one response via the histonet to your question, what was
the answer?
Again, I plead with fellow subscribers to post their responses on the
listserver for all to see. That is the whole backbone of this form of
communication. Many times a question arises that is of interest to many
within this group and not just the one person asking it.
