We had an older clone of Adenovirus from Biogenex that we were able to
use on FFPE tissue.  It is several years old and started breaking down.
We ordered the "same" antibody recently and found that they had changed
clones.  Needless to say, the dilution is much lower (from 1:500 to
1:10) and it's not as clean. I've had several conversations with tech.
support, and yes, I know it is a frozen tissue only antibody.  (But, so
was the original clone. Did I mention it was great?)  So, I'm looking
for another source of Adenovirus.  Anyone getting good results on FFPE
tissue? I know this is the fastest way to get lots of great information.
