Hi,

Has anyone tried to assess nm23 staining? We have tried both
monoclonal and polyclonals. The most consistent results appear to be
cytoplasmic - I've even seen pictures of cytoplasmic expression in
some catalogues. Yet loss of nuclear expression appears to be
important according to some papers. Any thoughts/experience with
cytoplasmic immunoreactivity out there?
